On the road of grassroots governance,it has important practical significance to strengthen the integration and innovation of governance mode,turn the grid into an effective means,give full play to the advantages of governance,and promote the effective development of grassroots governance.At present,there are still some problems in ideological understanding,mechanism management,team building and application of science and technology.To this end,we should constantly strengthen the propaganda,education and guidance work,and effectively remove the shackles of thought;Strengthen the mechanism of coordination between the upper and lower levels,and guide the government to achieve diversified transformation;Attract excellent talents,and continue to expand the grid team;Integrating high-tech information technology,enabling grid work at the grass-roots level.Through the grass-roots grid management mode,the bottleneck problems encountered at present can be effectively broken and the grass-roots governance system and governance capacity can be improved in both directions.
