摘要
针对建筑行业战略实施与绩效考核脱节问题,通过分析战略,得出关键成功因素,导出战略地图,从而建立以企业战略实施为基的绩效考核体系,解决脱节问题,增强建筑企业战略实施与绩效考核体系匹配性,并以W建筑企业为例,进行案例分析,以期为相关企业提供借鉴与参考。
To address the problem of disconnection between strategy implementation and performance appraisal in the construction industry,through analyzing the strategy,and deriving key success factors,and deriving a strategy map,a performance appraisal system based on enterprise strategy implementation was established to solve the disconnection problem,so as to enhance the matching between strategy implementation and performance appraisal system of construction enterprises.And using W construction enterprise as an example,a case study was conducted with a view to providing reference and reference for related enterprises.
