Research on the Influencing Factors of Breakthrough Innovation from the Perspective of Knowledge Transfer

突破性创新作为解决“卡脖子”技术、实施创新驱动发展战略的关键一环,其成功取决于多重因素。通过文献分析发现,实现突破性创新的重要条件是获取异质性知识。相比探索性学习、外部知识搜索等知识获取活动,知识转移具备较强的主动性且更重视主体双方的互动性,更能适应突破性创新潜在的高风险。因此,以知识转移的视角探讨突破性创新的影响因素,构建知识转移影响企业突破性创新的概念模型。通过东方汽轮机有限公司实践探索突破性创新的案例分析,解释该概念模型,并总结未来研究的可能性,为企业在管理实践中探寻突破性创新的实现路径提供借鉴。

As a key link to solve the“bottleneck”technology and implement the innovation-driven development strategy,the success of breakthrough innovation depends on multiple factors.Based on the analysis of the existing literature,it is believed that the important condition for achieving breakthrough innovation is to acquire heterogeneous knowledge.Compared with knowledge acquisition activities such as exploratory learning and external knowledge search,knowledge transfer has stronger initiative and attaches more importance to the interaction of both parties,which is more suitable for the potential high risks of breakthrough innovation.Therefore,from the perspective of knowledge transfer,the influencing factors of breakthrough innovation are discussed,and a conceptual model of knowledge transfer affecting enterprise breakthrough innovation is constructed.Through the case analysis of the practice and exploration of breakthrough innovation of Dongfang Steam Turbine Co.,Ltd.,the conceptual model is explained,and the possibility of future research is summarized,providing reference for enterprises to explore the realization path of breakthrough innovation in management practice.
