2012—2022年富硒产品研究现状及热点可视化分析

摘要 基于CNKI(中国知网)数据库,利用文献计量法和知识图谱分析工具CiteSpace对中国近10年来在富硒产品领域的研究成果进行系统梳理。从年度发文量、作者合作网络、机构合作网络、关键词共现网络、关键词时间线图等5个方面进行可视化分析。结果发现:核心作者共有65人,核心机构共有43个;除主题词外,高频关键词还有“硒含量”“富硒酵母”“无机硒”“富硒茶”等,共形成8个关键词聚类。通过关键词线图得到该领域热点。综合来看,中国富硒产品研究领域近10年来发文量呈稳定增长趋势,已初步形成合作紧密的研究团队,高校和研究所是主要研究机构且联系紧密,研究热点集中于硒含量、富硒产品现状、富硒土壤质量、特色产业富硒茶、富硒酵母等方面。 Based on CNKI(China National Knowledge Infrastructure)database,using bibliometrics and CiteSpace,the research results of selenium-enriched products in China in the past 10 years are systematically reviewed.A visual analysis from the following five aspects is conducted:annual output of articles,author cooperation network,institutional cooperation network,keyword co-occurrence network,keyword time-line chart,etc..The results showed that there were 65 core authors,and 43 core institutions.In addition to the subject word,there are high-frequency keywords“selenium content”“selenium-enriched yeast”“inorganic selenium”“selenium-enriched tea”and so on,forming a total of 8 keyword clusters.The hot spot in this field is obatined throug keyword line graph.In the research field of selenium-enriched products in China,the number of papers has been increasing steadily in the past 10 years,a close-cooperation research team has been formed initially,universities and research institutes are the main research institutions and have a close relationship.The research focuses on selenium content,selenium-enriched products,selenium-enriched soil quality,selenium-enriched tea,selenium-enriched yeast and so on.
