基于前置仓理念的产业学院人才培养优化研究

Research on the Optimization of Talent Cultivation in Industrial Colleges Based on the Concept of Pre-warehouse

面对日新月异的产业发展和激烈残酷的就业竞争环境,职业院校需要在人才交付的及时性与质量上全面提升,解决“准确培养产业急需优秀技术技能人才”的职业教育难点问题。基于前置仓理念,产业学院通过“复制”其合作企业从而打造企业同频式顶岗实训学习,使学生提前适应企业的真实岗位工作,缩短岗位适应时间,更熟练地运用最新技能解决实际问题。这种人才培养模式充分体现了职业技能的培养规律与产教融合的本质属性,为职业人才培养提供了新的参考思路。

Faced with the environment of rapid industrial development and fierce employment competition,vocational colleges need to improve the timeliness and quality of talent delivery comprehensively,so as to solve the difficult vocational education problem of‘cultivating excellent technical talents urgently needed by the industry accurately’.Based on the concept of pre-warehouse,industrial colleges will make students adapt to the real jobs in advance,shorten the time of adapting to post duties,and use the latest skills to solve practical problems masterly by copying the cooperation enterprise of industrial college to create practical learning synchronously.This mode of talents cultivation reflects the cultivation regularity of vocational skills and the essential of the integration of education and industry adequately,and provides a new reference idea for professional talents cultivation.
