摘要
作为综采工作面“三机”之一,液压支架的智能化控制水平对三机协同运行具有重要作用。本文针对传统恒定供液模式下液压系统压力波动大、跟机速度较慢的问题,通过分析支架运行过程不同动作压力特性,提出了一种基于PLC控制的液压支架自适应供液系统设计方案。系统以PLC及变频器作为乳化泵电机的调速控制单元,采用压力传感器实时采集系统压力反馈信号,实现对卸荷阀的自动开闭控制及供液流量自适应调节,保持支架在不同动作下的稳压供液,有效提高了供液质量。
As one of the “three machines” in a fully mechanized mining face,the intelligent control level of hydraulic support plays an important role in the coordinated operation of the three machines.The article addresses the problem of large pressure fluctuations and slow follow-up speed in the hydraulic system under the traditional constant liquid supply mode.By analyzing the pressure characteristics of different actions during the operation of the support,a design scheme for an adaptive liquid supply system of the hydraulic support based on PLC control is proposed.The system has undergone intelligent transformation of the main pressure controller components of the liquid supply system.The PLC main controller achieves automatic opening and closing control of the unloading valve through feedback signals of the pressure value of the unloading valve,maintaining the system pressure constant under different actions of the bracket,effectively improving the quality of liquid supply.
