摘要
为了提高集散控制系统对聚丙烯连续生产工艺的控制效果及精度,提高生产自动化水平,本文通过多种优化控制技术,采用程序控制的方式重点解决了聚丙烯连续生产中淤浆釜压力、液位的精准平稳控制、气相卧釜的反应温度控制和自动排料控制、反应完成后的气固分离和产品输送的全流程自控问题,对提高产品优品率、节约能耗及安全生产具有明显的促进作用。
In order to improve the control effect and accuracy of the distributed control system on the continuous production process of polypropylene,and to improve the level of production automation,this paper focus on solving the entire process automation problems of precise and stable control of slurry kettle pressure and liquid level,reaction temperature control and automatic discharge control of gas phase horizontal kettle,gas-solid separation after reaction completion,and product transportation through various optimization control technologies and program control.It has a significant promoting effect on improving product quality rate,saving energy consumption,and ensuring safe production.
