新型地电位带电作业中搭接引线组合工具设计

摘要 为优化输电线路带电作业中搭接引线的操作效果,本文以消除电弧影响为切入点,优化设计了搭接引线组合工具,使其便于使用和操作。实际应用证明,该工具可替代人工实现对典型型号耐张线夹连接下的引流线拆接带电自动化作业,其负重小于20 kg,并可有效减少误动次数。 In order to optimize the operation effect of lap lead in live operation of transmission lines,this paper takes the elimination of arcing as the starting point and optimises the design of a lapped lead combination tool to make it easy to use and operate.The practical application proved that this tool can be used to replace the manual work to realize the automatic operation of disconnecting and connecting the drainage line under the connection of typical strain clamps,and its load is less than 20 kg,and the number of misoperation can be effectively reduced.
