电缆质量大、铅材质强度低,高压电缆铅护套生产难度非常大。为保障高压电缆铅护套正常生产,本文首先介绍了铅护套的材料选型和生产过程存在的问题,并针对存在的问题,从设备、温度、速度、模具等工艺控制点制定了解决方案。

The heavy weight and low strength of lead material,the production of lead sheath for high voltage cable is very difficult.In order to ensure the normal production of high voltage cable lead sheath,this paper first introduces the material selection and production process problems of lead sheath.In response to the existing problems,solutions have been developed from process control points such as equipment,temperature,speed,and mold.
