基于相差分析的内六角圆柱头螺钉断裂内部缺陷判定方法

摘要 为实现对螺钉断裂缺陷的精准判定,本文开展基于相差分析的内六角圆柱头螺钉断裂内部缺陷判定方法的设计与研究,使用金相显微镜,实现对内六角圆柱头螺钉样件缺陷判定前的预处理;使用扫描电镜生成螺钉缺陷图像;通过在金相显微镜下对该样件的相差分析,判定其内部缺陷。实例分析表明,缺陷判定方法在实际应用中的效果良好,可以实现对断裂缺陷的精准判定,并根据缺陷的金相表现形式,掌握断裂缺陷的发生原因,实现对螺钉缺陷的高精度排查与高效率处理。 In order to achieve accurate determination of screw fracture defects,this paper conducts a design and research on the internal defect determination method of hexagonal cylindrical head screw fracture based on phase difference analysis.Metallographic microscope was used to pretreat the internal hexagon cylindrical head screw sample before defect determination.Images of screw defects were generated by scanning electron microscopy.By analyzing the phase difference of the sample under a metallographic microscope,determine its internal defects.The case analysis shows that the designed defect determination method has a good effect in practical application.This method can realize the accurate determination of fracture defects,and grasp the causes of fracture defects according to the metallographic form of defects,achieving high-precision inspection and efficient processing of screw defects.
