摘要
为了探究主斜井煤矿带式输送机在运行过程中的动态特性,以矿用DTL-160/300/4×1 400型强力皮带机为研究对象,采用ANSYS软件对带式输送机动态特性进行仿真模拟,研究了卸载滚筒、机头主体机架和滚筒轴的动力学特性,运量在2 500 t/h时卸载滚筒、主轴和胶带的动态应力分布情况。仿真结果表明,机头部位机架在受载时为局部扭转变形,卸载滚筒机架两侧出现弯扭组合变形,避开共振频率能够保证设备的稳定安全运行。
To explore the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor during operation,with the mining DTL-160/300/4×1 400powerful belt machine as the research object,the ANSYS software is used to simulate the dynamic characteristics of the belt conveyor,The dynamics of unloading drum,head main frame and drum shaft,dynamic stress distribution of unloading drum,spindle and tape at 2 500 t/h.The simulation results show that the gantry is locally torsional deformed when load,curend and torsion combination deformation occurs on both sides of the unloading drum rack,avoid the resonance frequency can ensure the stable and safe operation of the equipment.
