园区综合能源系统经济性研究

Research on the Economy of Inteqrated Energy System in Industrial Parks

摘要 我国园区电力消耗量大,用户用能方式多元化,有大量的冷热电等能源需求。在园区开展一体化电冷热(暖)供应、多能协同供应等综合能源服务,可有效解决园区的能源利用瓶颈。综合能源项目展开经济效益分析时,我国暂时未形成完善的经济效益分析方法。本文依托某终端一体化综合能源系统项目,结合《建设项目经济评价方法与参数(第3版)》,测算及研究该综合能源项目,重点研究了综合能源项目的基础数据、成本换算、利润等费用的计算方法及项目各种产品的经济效益分析方法,以期为综合能源项目的财务分析及经济评价建言献策。 China′ s parks consume a large amount of electricity,and users have diversified energy consumption methods,resulting in a large demand for energy such as cooling,heating,and power.Carrying out integrated energy services such as electric cooling,heating,and multi energy collaborative supply in the park can effectively solve the energy utilization bottleneck of the park.When conducting economic benefit analysis on comprehensive energy projects,China has not yet formed a comprehensive economic benefit analysis method.This article relies on a terminal integrated comprehensive energy system project and combines it with the “Economic Evaluation Methods and Parameters for Construction Projects(Third Edition)” to calculate and study the comprehensive energy project.The focus is on the calculation methods of basic data,cost conversion,profits,and other expenses of the comprehensive energy project,as well as the economic benefit analysis methods of various products of the project.The aim is to provide suggestions for the financial analysis and economic evaluation of the comprehensive energy project.
