2BQD系列电驱智能高速精播机的研制

摘要 针对目前大型机械化精量播种机存在智能化水平低、作业速度较慢、播种质量不稳定及一次精播保全苗能力差等显著问题。设计2BQD系列电驱智能高速播种机,从电机驱动精量排种和变量排肥技术研究展开,重点解决播种精度和质量实时调控、排肥量根据基础数据实现变量实时调节,以及相关数据和参数的收集和故障在线诊断警示等。研究分析国内外电驱高速精量播种及施肥技术的现状和趋势,指出我国精量播种机智能诊断控制技术落后、缺乏统一可行的行业标准及精敏传感元器件研发能力有限等问题,并提出相关建议。最后,展望我国高速精量电驱播种技术在远程控制、多机协同、智能控制等发展方向,为研发人员在该领域研究方面提供参考。 The current large-scale mechanized precision seeder has significant problems such as low intelligence level,slow operation speed,unstable sowing quality,and poor ability to preserve seedlings in one precise sowing.Design the 2BQD series electric drive intelligent high-speed seeder,starting from the research of motor driven precision seeding and variable fertilizer discharge technology,with a focus on solving real-time control of seeding accuracy and quality,variable real-time adjustment of fertilizer discharge based on basic data,collection of relevant data and parameters,and online fault diagnosis and warning.Research and analyze the current status and trends of high-speed precision seeding and fertilization technology using electric drive at home and abroad,point out the backwardness of intelligent diagnosis and control technology for precision seeders in China,lack of unified and feasible industry standards,and limited research and development capabilities for precision sensing components,and propose relevant suggestions.Finally,looking forward to the development direction of high-speed precision electric drive seeding technology in remote control,multi machine collaboration,intelligent control and other directions in China,providing some reference for research and development personnel in this field.
