摘要
甜菜主要在我国北方冷凉地区的黑龙江、内蒙古和新疆等地种植,是我国第二大糖料作物。传统的甜菜收获作业以分段式作业为主,存在着用工量和劳动强度大,机组多次进地能耗高,作业效率低不利于抢抓农时等问题,严重制约了我国甜菜联合收获技术装备整体水平的发展和提升。设计了一种由拖拉机牵引使用的新型甜菜联合收获机,一次进地即可完成自动对行、碎缨除草、仿形削顶、振动挖掘、回转清杂、垂直升运和归箱装车等项作业功能,整机采用全液压驱动的动力型式,结构简洁,使用方便可靠。
Sugarbeet is mainly grown in cold regions of northern China,such as Heilongjiang,Inner Mongolia,and Xinjiang,and is the second largest sugar crop in China.The traditional sugarbeet harvesting operation is mainly segmented,which has problems such as high labor consumption and intensity,high energy consumption when the unit enters the ground multiple times,and low efficiency,which is not conducive to seizing agricultural time.This seriously restricts the development and improvement of the overall level of sugarbeet joint harvesting technology and equipment in China.Research and design a new type of sugar beet combine harvester that is towed by a tractor.It can complete automatic alignment,crushing and weeding,profiling and top cutting,vibration excavation,rotary cleaning,vertical lifting,and container loading operations in one go.The entire machine adopts a fully hydraulic driven dynamic type,with a simple structure and convenient and reliable use.
