玉米作为我国重要的粮食产物,其深加工产业能更充分发挥农业产物的经济价值,为社会提供丰富的原料、食品供给。近年来,在国家政策支持下,玉米深加工产业得到了长足发展,其技术体系和产品种类得到持续丰富,为进一步促进玉米深加工产业的优化发展,介绍了深加工的方式及现状,并从技术体系组成、加工工艺等多个方面介绍了玉米深加工关键技术,对现阶段玉米深加工过程中产生的污染问题进行分析并提出防治建议。

As an important food product in China,corn’s deep processing industry can fully leverage the economic value of agricultural products and provide rich raw materials and food supply for society.In recent years,with the support of national policies,the corn deep processing industry has made significant progress,and its technical system and product types have been continuously enriched.In order to further promote the optimized development of the corn deep processing industry,the methods and current situation of deep processing are introduced,and key technologies of corn deep processing are introduced from multiple aspects such as the composition of the technical system and processing technology,Analyze the pollution problems generated during the current corn deep processing process and propose prevention and control suggestions.
