随着我国柴油机行业的不断发展,完成了从机械泵到电控电喷的华丽转变,机动车环保标准从国Ⅳ逐步升级到国Ⅵ。针对部分司机与维修人员对柴油发动机后处理了解不充分,在遇到故障后思路不清晰,不能“精、准、快”地解决问题。通过日常实践中的经历将相关原理及常见故障问题排查流程进行阐述。

With the continuous development of the industry of diesel engine in our country,the motor vehicle environmental protection standard has been upgraded from China new energy vehicle standard 4th-level to 6th-level.For some drivers and maintenance personnel on the diesel engine post-processing is not sufficient,after the failure of thinking is not clear,can not“precise,accurate,fast”to solve the problem.Through the experience of daily practice,the relevant principles and troubleshooting process of common faults are expounded.
