基于模糊理论的鲜食玉米收获机适用度调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of Applicability of Fresh Corn Harvester Based on Fuzzy Theory

鲜食玉米收获机适用度影响因素复杂,且适用度评价大都采用主观形式,其结果具有片面性。为提高适用度评价准确性,同时辅助分析实际鲜食玉米收获机作业情况,提出模糊综合评价的方法。建立适用度模糊数学模型,客观评价其适用度。适用性指标经模糊数学模型处理后,可分析多个影响因素之间的关系,确定各影响因素对适用度的影响程度,得到客观准确的鲜食玉米收获机适用度分析结果。

The influencing factors of the suitability of fresh corn harvester are complex,and the suitability evaluation mostly adopts subjective form,and the results are one-sided.In order to improve the accuracy of suitability evaluation and assist the analysis of the actual operation of fresh corn harvester,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was proposed.The fuzzy mathematical model of applicability is established to evaluate its applicability objectively.After the applicability index is processed by fuzzy mathematical model,the relationship between many influencing factors can be analyzed,and the influence degree of each influencing factor on the applicability can be determined,and the objective and accurate applicability analysis results of fresh corn harvester can be obtained.
