耐磨材料悬浮铸造技术的研究现状

摘要 悬浮铸造技术已被广泛应用于耐磨材料的生产中。浇注时向金属液中添加悬浮剂颗粒起到激冷和变质作用,从而能细化铸件的显微组织,改善耐磨性、韧性、硬度等综合力学性能。总结了悬浮铸造工艺特点及在铬系白口铸铁、钨铸铁、耐磨钢、轻质耐磨铝合金和复合材料中的应用,阐述了悬浮铸造工艺与电磁搅拌技术和消失模铸造技术的复合工艺的有关研究。 Suspension casting technology has been widely applied in the production of wear-resistant materials.By adding suspending agent particles to the liquid metal during pouring,the chilling and metamorphism effect can be achieved,so that the micro-structure of the casting can be refined,and the comprehensive mechanical properties such as wear resistance,toughness and hardness can be improved.The characteristics of suspension casting technology have been summarized in the text,as well as its application in chromium white cast iron,tungsten cast iron,wear-resistant steel,lightweight wear-resistant aluminum alloy,and composite materials.The related research on composite processes with electromagnetic stirring technology and lost foam casting technology have been put forward.
