摘要
对一种皮带式振动落芯机的结构和工作过程做了介绍。本设备可与机械手组线使用,实现了发动机缸体落芯的自动化,降低了劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
The structure and working process of a belt type vibration core dropping machine have been introduced.This device can be used in conjunction with a robotic manipulator assembly line to achieve the automation of engine cylinder core dropping,which reduces labor intensity and improves production efficiency.
