铁型覆砂铸造生产线是在生产工艺流程的基础上,根据铸件材质、批量和铸造工艺的要求进行设计。各类生产线的布置形式、主机结构、辅机结构、输送方式、控制要求都有较大差异,属于非标生产线。在此仅对铁模覆砂造型线中部分常用设备的特性与功能以及在实际生产应用中的工艺流程进行分析介绍。

On the basis of production process flow,iron mold sand-coated molding production line has been designed according to the requirements of casting material,batch and casting process.There are significant differences in the layout,host structure,auxiliary structure,conveying method,and control requirements of various production lines,which belong to non-standard production lines.The characteristics and functions of some commonly used equipment in the iron mold sand-coated molding line have been analyzed and introduced in the text,as well as the process flow in practical production applications.
