摘要
培育正确的“学习目的观”是学风建设的核心内容,在学风建设中开展价值咨询是一种重要的实施渠道。学业咨询与价值咨询具有显著的特征,包括专业性与抽象性、理性与非理性、单一性与多样性等。在实际工作中,由于存在理念认知的差异性、制度设定的权责不清、咨询队伍的专业化不够等问题,导致难以实现价值咨询功能。构建价值咨询融入学业咨询的有效路径,需以AGIL功能模型为理论框架,基于现实问题,以需求为导向进行内涵界定、以明确正确的学习目的观为导向进行目标制定和权责设定、以形成内部连贯的育人整体推进资源整合、以保障体系和激励机制推动长效发展的维护运行模式的建立。
To cultivate the correct“learning purpose view”is the core content of the learning styleconstruction,and to carry out value consultation in the construction of learning style is an important implementation channel.Academic counseling and value counseling have significant characteristics,including professionalism and abstractness,rationality and irrationality,singleness and diversity.In the actual work,it is difficult to realize the value consulting function because of the differences in concept cognition,the unclear rights and responsibilities set by the system,and the insufficient specialization of the consulting team.To construct effective path for integrating value counseling into academic counseling,it is necessary to take the AGIL functional model as the theoretical framework,base on practical problems,define the connotation with demand as the orientation,formulate goals and set rights and responsibilities with a clear view of learning objectives as the orientation,promote resource integration with internal coherent education as a whole,guarantee the system and incentive mechanism,promote the establishment of long-term development of maintenance and operation mode.
