和合思想融入“大思政课”育人的三维审思

摘要 “大思政课”背景下,推动思政课教学改革创新,提升课程育人效果是一项复杂的系统工程,需要汇聚多方合力。合和思想融入高校思政课程育人,是多元文化背景下加强意识形态教育和满足学生成长发展需求的一种课程行动,也是推进课程体系化建设的有效路径。它在融入理念上要求树立“全程思政课”的育人理念,拓宽思政课程场域;打造“全员思政教师”的育人模式,拓新课程育人格局;构筑“全要素驱动”育人体系,拓展思政课程资源。在融入路径上要求在课程实践中遵循课程建设的基本规律,从场域、主体和资源等方面寻求课堂融合、队伍聚合和资源整合,扩展课程育人边界,强化全员育人保障,切实提升课程育人实效。 Under the background of“Enlarged Ideological and Political Courses”,promoting the reform and innovation of ideological and political course and improving its educational effect is a complex systematic project,which requires the joint efforts of many parties.Integrating the thought of harmony into ideological and political courses in universities is a curriculum action to strengthen ideological education and meet the needs of students'growth and development under the multicultural background,and it is also an effective way to promote the systematic construction of courses.In terms of integration concept,it requires establishing the concept that ideological and political courses exist in the whole process of students’school life,and enlarging the field of ideological and political courses;Creating an education model that of the ideological and political teachers can be everyone around the students,and expanding the education pattern;Constructing an education system of“all-factor-driven”,and expanding curriculum resources in all directions.On the path of integration,it is required to follow the basic laws of curriculum construction,seek classroom integration,team aggregation and resource integration from the aspects of field,subject and resources,broaden the boundaries of curriculum education,strengthen the guarantee of all employees'education,and effectively improve the effectiveness of curriculum education.
