交叉学科建设的现实困境及转向路径 被引量:3

摘要 交叉学科作为一门新兴的学科门类,在法律和制度的保障下拥有了正式合法的学术地位,是促进学科持续发展、学生健康成长和社会不断进步的有效路径。建设和发展交叉学科已成为共识,但在推进过程中出现的学科建设缺乏规划且依托组织支撑力度不够、学科发展各自为政且学科间固有壁垒破除难、学科评价体系同质化且科研成果认可度不高,以及师资队伍建设松散低质且交叉教学内容缺失等困境,成为制约交叉学科建设的主要因素。只有加强学科建设顶层设计,破除学科间的交叉壁垒,构建多元科学评价体系,提升师资队伍质量水平,才能摆脱当前交叉学科建设的困境,推动交叉学科建设的良性发展。 As an emerging discipline,interdisciplinary discipline has a formal and legal academic status under the guarantee of law and system,which is an effective way to promote the sustainable development of disciplines,the healthy growth of students and the continuous progress of society.The construction and development of interdisciplinary has become a consensus.However,in the process of promotion,such dilemma as lack of planning for discipline construction and insufficient organizational support,discipline development being fragmented and difficult to break the inherent barriers among disciplines,homogeneity of discipline evaluation system and low recognition of scientific research achievements,loose and low-quality teacher team construction and lack of cross teaching content have become the main weaknesses restricting the construction of interdisciplinary.Only by strengthening the top-level design of discipline construction,breaking down the cross barriers between disciplines,building a multi-scientific evaluation system,and improving the quality level of teachers,can we get rid of the current dilemma of interdisciplinary construction and promote the benign development of interdisciplinary construction.
