摘要
在新文科建设的背景下,结合《餐饮空间设计》课程具备多学科交叉融合的特点和其专业性、应用性极强的特点,优化课程建设,深化课程知识结构和教学内容,创新多样化的教学模式,探索专业课程思政育人的创新模式,实现育人与育才相统一。
In the context of the construction of the new humanities,combined with the interdisciplinary and highly specialized characteristics of the course“Catering Space Design”,we aim to optimize the course construction,deepen the course knowledge structure and teaching content,innovate diversified teaching models,explore innovative models for ideological and political education in professional courses,and achieve the unity of education and talent cultivation.
