乡村振兴视域下村法律顾问工作模式完善路径——以广东省珠海市三板村为例

Work Mode Improvement Approach of Legal Counsel from Perspective of Rural Revitalization——Take Sanban Village of Zhuhai City of Guangdong Province as an Example

作为我国公共法律服务系统的基础,一村一法律顾问制度在各地形成了各具特色的服务模式,对全面推进乡村振兴,乡村法治和乡村和谐民主建设具有重要意义。在对珠海市三板村法律顾问工作深入分析的基础上,探讨和总结村法律顾问工作模式存在的问题,从修改和完善相关法律、扩大现场服务范围、丰富法律宣传方式、创新法律顾问走访模式、改进法律顾问参与换届选举工作方式等方面进行研究,提出完善村法律顾问工作模式的路径。

As the foundation of China's public legal service system,the one village,one legal adviser system has formed service models with their own characteristics of village autonomous organizations,which is of great significance to comprehensively push forward rural revitalization,rural law rule,and rural harmonious democracy construction.Based on the analysis on the work of legal counsel in Sanban Village,Zhuhai City,the paper discusses and analyzes the problems existing in the work mode of village legal counsel,and proposes the path of improving work mode of village legal counsel from revising and improving relevant laws,expanding the scope of on-site services,enriching legal publicity methods,innovating the mode of legal counsel visit,and improving the work mode of legal counsel participating in the general election.
