摘要
针对目前桥梁翼缘拆除工作时所存在的破拆效率低、作业效果差、工作强度高等问题,分析了桥梁翼缘破拆机械设计方面的原因,研制了一种基于高压水射流的桥梁翼缘下表面混凝土的破拆装备。通过工程实践表明,在水射流设备150MPa、破拆宽度1679mm、最大破拆深度230mm的施工参数下,双向水射流破拆较单向水射流破拆的效率从30m3/h提高到60m^(3)/h。该装备还具有破拆安全、环保等优点,在桥梁翼缘破拆施工中具有良好的应用前景。
In response to the current problems of low demolition efficiency,poor operational effects,and high work intensity in the process of bridge wing flange demolition,in this study,the problems in the design of bridge wing flange demolition machinery have been analyzed and a concrete demolition equipment for the underside surface of bridge wing flanges based on high-pressure water jettinghas beendeveloped.The equipment has been tested and validated in actual engineering applications,and the results haveshown that,with a construction parameter of 150 MPa water jetting pressure,1679 mm demolition width,and maximum demolition depth of 230 mm,the efficiency of bidirectional water jetting demolition increases from 30 m^(3)/h to 60 m^(3)/h compared to unidirectional water jetting demolition.Additionally,this equipment has the advantages of safety and environmental protection and has a good application market and prospects in bridge wing flange demolition work.
