摘要
为满足日益增加的交通需求和提高通行质量,同时保障高速公路区域路网和作业区的交通正常运行,有必要开展高速公路改扩建工程周边路网交通均衡诱导研究,对改扩建高速公路上过载的交通流量进行分流和转移。准确地识别高速公路周边路网的交通瓶颈路段,是进行高速公路改扩建工程周边路网交通均衡诱导的重要基础。在对国内某高速公路改扩建工程周边路网交通运行状况调研的基础上,耦合了速度-密度关系模型和服务水平法,构建了交通瓶颈识别模型。然后,基于所构建的交通瓶颈识别模型,结合周边路网的通行能力和不同时段的服务水平,对周边路网不同时段下的交通瓶颈路段进行识别。
In order to meet the increasing traffic demand and improve the traffic quality,and ensure the normal operation of the road network and work zone of the expressway,it is necessary to carry out researches on the traffic equilibrium guidance of the surrounding road network of the expressway reconstruction and expansion project,and to divert and transfer the overloaded traffic flow on the expressway.Correctly identifying the traffic bottleneck sections of the road network around the expressway is an important basis for carrying out traffic equilibrium guidance of the road network around the expressway reconstruction and expansion project.Being based on the investigation of the traffic operation status of the surrounding road network of an expressway reconstruction and expansion project in China,coupled with the Speed-Density model and the service level method to further establish a traffic bottleneck identification model.Then,being based on the constructed traffic bottleneck identification model,combined with the capacity of the surrounding road network and the service level in different periods,the traffic bottleneck sections in different periods of the surrounding road network have been identified.The research methods and results can provide theoretical basis for traffic guidance management of surrounding road network in expressway reconstruction and expansion project.
