光纤测温系统在铝电解槽漏槽问题上的早期探测应用研究

摘要 文中主要研究了光纤测温系统通过对电解槽阴极钢棒温度的监测试验,对比分析了人工记录数据和分布式光纤测温系统(Distributed Temperature Sensing,DTS)测温数据,结果显示2种测温方式在测温大趋势上保持了很高的一致性,不同的是人工测温数据出现了剧烈波动,DTS测温变化更加平缓和稳定。经过DTS对电解槽的实时监测,系统已经在功能性、完整性、可靠性等方面达到了预期效果,基本满足了对阴极温度在线实时监测的要求。结果表明,通过DTS实时监测电解槽阴极钢棒温度变化提前预警电解槽是否漏槽的方案可行。 In this paper,we studied the temperature monitoring test of the cathode steel bar in the electrolyzer by the fiber optic temperature measurement system,and compared and analyzed the data recorded manually and the temperature measured by the Distributed Temperature Sensing(DTS)system,the results showed that the two temperature measurement methods maintained a high consistency in the general trend of temperature measurement.The difference is that the manual temperature measurement data shows dramatic fluctuations,while the DTS temperature measurement is more stable and stable.After the real-time monitoring of the electrolytic cell by DTS,the test has achieved the expected results in terms of functionality,integrity and reliability,and basically met the requirements for online real-time monitoring of cathode temperature.The results show that the scheme of real-time monitoring of cathode steel bar temperature change in the electrolyzer by DTS is feasible to warn the electrolyzer of leakage in advance.
