GIS设备无尘化安装的防尘措施研究

Research on Dust Prevention Measures for Dust Free Installation of GIS Equipment

在电力系统中,气体绝缘开关(Gas Insulated Switchgear,GIS)设备占有很大的比重,被广泛应用于各级变电站。但是,在电网建设的过程中,由于环境问题会对GIS设备安装产生阻碍,必须采用防尘设施来进行防护,保证安装质量。近年来,国家电网有限公司数次制定相关政策和标准,用来指导现场的GIS无尘化、标准化作业。基于此,提出GIS无尘化施工防尘设施及全过程管控系统,解决GIS设备安装中的防尘问题。

In the power system,Gas Insulated Switchgear(GIS)equipment occupies a large proportion and is widely used in substations at all levels.However,in the process of power grid construction,GIS equipment installation is hindered by environmental issues,and dustproof facilities must be used to protect and ensure the quality of installation.In recent years,the National Grid Corporation has formulated relevant policies and standards several times,which are used to guide the dust-free and standardized operation of GIS on site.Based on this,GIS dust-free construction dustproof facilities and the whole process control system are proposed to solve the dustproof problem in GIS equipment installation.
