基于国家专利的中药复方治疗桥本甲状腺炎的用药规律研究

Medication rules of the national patented TCM compound formulas for Hashimoto thyroiditis

目的 基于中医传承辅助平台,对桥本甲状腺炎(Hashimoto thyroiditis, HT)的专利中药复方进行数据挖掘,分析组方用药规律。方法 检索中国知网专利数据库及国家知识产权局获取治疗HT的专利中药复方,在Excel 2019建立数据库,进行中药频次及功效统计,运用中医传承辅助平台V2.5进行组方规律、潜在新方等分析并进行复杂网络图展示。结果 筛选出治疗HT的专利中药复方52首,涉及中药247味。使用频次居前3位的药物分别是夏枯草、黄芪、柴胡,高频药物以归肝经、脾经为主。中药类别主要为补虚药、清热药、活血化瘀药。高频药物组合为“夏枯草,柴胡”“夏枯草,黄芪”“黄芪,茯苓”等。重要关联规则有“玄参-黄芪”“玄参-夏枯草”“牡蛎-柴胡”等。核心组合有“党参-川芎-枳壳”等。新方有“党参-川芎-枳壳-栀子”等。结论 专利中药复方主要通过疏肝清热、化痰散结、扶正补虚治疗HT,在新药研发时,可考虑使用夏枯草、黄芪、柴胡等为处方核心药物配伍加减。

Objective To analyze the medication rules of the patented TCM compound formulas for Hashimoto thyroiditis(HT)by the data mining of these formulas on the TCM inheritance assistance platform.Methods CNKI patent database and China National Intellectual Property Administration were searched to obtain TCM compound formulas for HT;a database was then established in Excel 2019 and the frequency and actions of Chinese medicines used in those formulas were counted;TCM inheritance assistance platform V2.5 was applied to analyzing the medication rules and potential new formulas,and to displaying complex network diagrams.Results Fifty two TCM compound formulas for HT were screened,involving 247 Chinese medicines.The top three Chinese medicines in frequency were Xiakucao(Spica Prunellae),Huangqi(Radix Astragali seu Hedysari),and Chaihu(Radix Bupleuri);the high-frequency medicines mainly accessed to the liver meridian and the spleen meridian.The Chinese medicines mainly included 3 types:tonic medicines,interior heat-clearing medicines,and circulating blood and transforming stasis medicines.The high-frequency combinations were Xiakucao(Prunellae Spica)+Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Xiakucao(Prunellae Spica)+Huangqi(Astragali Radix),Huangqi(Astragali Radix)+Fuling (Poria) etc. The important association rules included Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix)-Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix)-Xiakucao (Prunellae Spica), Muli (Ostreae Concha)-Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) etc. The core combinations included Dangshen (Codonopsis Radix)-Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Zhike (Aurantii Fructus) etc. The new formula included Dangshen (Codonopsis Radix)-Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong Rhizoma)-Zhike (Aurantii Fructus)-Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus) etc. Conclusion The patented TCM compound formulas mainly treat HT by smoothing the liver and clearing heat, transforming phlegm and dissipating nodules, and reinforcing heatlhy qi and tonifying the deficiency. The modified combinations with Xiakucao (Prunellae Spica), Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) etc. as core medicines can be used to develop new drugs.
