Effect of Different Training Intensities on Testosterone Levels in Adult Males

摘要 目的探讨不同强度训练对成年健康男性性激素水平的影响.方法选取150名新入伍士兵为研究对象,按训练强度不同分为高强度训练组和中低强度训练组,每组75人,分别在训练第4、8、12周测定血睾酮及血皮质醇水平的变化.结果中低强度训练组在训练第4、8、12周血睾酮水平均明显高于高强度训练组(P<0.05);随着训练时间的延长,高强度训练组血睾酮水平呈下降趋势(P<0.05),中低强度训练组呈上升趋势(P<0.05).训练前及训练第4、8周2组血皮质醇水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),训练第12周中低强度训练组血皮质醇水平明显高于高强度训练组(P<0.05);随着训练时间的延长,高强度训练组血皮质醇呈现先上升再下降的趋势,而中低强度训练组在训练过程中血皮质醇水平呈轻度上升趋势,但2组训练前后各时点血皮质醇水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).中低强度训练组训练第4、8、12周血睾酮/血皮质醇比值均明显高于高强度训练组(P<0.05).结论不同强度训练对成年男性血睾酮水平及血睾酮/血皮质醇比值具有显著影响,在制订训练强度计划时可将血睾酮及血睾酮/血皮质醇比值作为参考依据,保证训练计划的科学性与合理性. Objective To investigate the effect of different training intensities on sex hormone levels in men.Methods A total of 150 newly enlisted soldiers were divided into high-intensity training group and medium-low intensity training group,with 75 soldiers in each group.Serum testosterone and cortisol levels were measured at the 4th,8th and 12th weeks of training.Results At the 4th,8th and 12th weeks of training,serum testosterone levels in the medium-low intensity training group were higher than those in the high-intensity training group(P<0.05).With the extension of training time,serum testosterone levels decreased in the high-intensity training group,but increased in the medium-low intensity training group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum cortisol levels between the two groups before training and at the 4th and 8th weeks of training(P>0.05).At the 12th weeks of training,serum cortisol levels in the medium-low intensity training group were higher than those in the high-intensity training group(P<0.05).With the extension of training time,serum cortisol levels showed a trend of increasing first and then decreasing in the high-intensity training group,but a slightly increasing trend in the medium-low intensity training group.There was no significant difference in serum cortisol levels between the two groups before and after training(P>0.05).At the 4th,8th and 12th weeks of training,the testosterone/cortisol ratio in the medium-low intensity training group was higher than that in the high-intensity training group(P<0.05).Conclusion Different training intensities have significant effects on serum testosterone levels and testosterone/cortisol ratio in adult males,which can be used as reference to develop the scientific and rational training plans.
