摘要
围术期急性肺损伤(PALI)对手术患者临床结局具有显著的影响,因此积极预防和治疗PALI显得尤为重要.文章就免疫功能失调与炎症反应相互作用对PALI的影响进行综述,并进一步探讨了神经免疫抗炎通路—胆碱能抗炎通路对预防和治疗PALI的作用.
Perioperative acute lung injury(PALI)has a significant impact on the clinical outcome of surgical patients.Therefore,it is particularly important to actively prevent and treat PALI.This paper reviews the influence of interaction between immune dysfunction and inflammatory response on PALI,and further explores the role of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathway in the prevention and treatment of PALI.
