摘要
弥散张量成像(DTI)是利用水分子弥散的各向异性,定量显示脑白质结构重塑的一项无创性脑功能成像技术,具有高效便捷、直观可视、可重复、可量化的优势,被逐渐用于针刺效应的研究。现就弥散张量成像技术的原理及特点、针刺穴位效应特异性、针刺在临床及实验研究中的应用等方面进行概述,进而从针刺时脑白质纤维束微结构的定量变化,揭示针刺作用效应的中枢机制,为针刺研究提供科学依据和临床指导。
Diffusion tensor imaging(DTI)is a non-invasive brain imaging technique that utilizes the anisotropic diffusion of water molecules to quantitatively display the remodeling of brain white matter structure,with the advantages of high efficiency,convenience,visual intuitiveness,repeatability,and quantifiability.DTI has gradually been employed in the research on acupuncture effects.This article overviewed the principles and characteristics of DTI,the specificity of acupuncture effects on acupoints,and the clinical and experimental applications of acupuncture.Furthermore,it aimed to reveal the central mechanism of acupuncture effects by quantitatively assessing changes in the microstructure of white matter fiber bundles during acupuncture and to provide scientific evidence and clinical guidance for acupuncture research.
