混合式教学在双轨合一模式下医学专业学位研究生带教的应用 被引量:1

摘要 随着“双轨合一”制度的广泛推行,临床医学专业型研究生不仅要接受住院医师规范化培训,还需在整个规范化培训中完成研究生教育的培养。规范化培训的实施,使研究生临床专业能力培养方面有了衡量的标准。但对于科研能力的培养,目前的带教方法仅限于理论水平,具体实际操作的方法很少。此文试图在规范化培训带教中,采用以医院实际案例为引导,结合高质量继续教育类文献,打造基础医学线上以及临床医学线下课堂,即CBL联合混合式教育模式,探讨兼顾研究生临床及科研能力培养的具体可行的方案。 With the widespread implementation of the dual track integration mode,clinical medicine postgraduates not only need to receive standardized training for residents,but also need to complete the graduate education in the entire standardized training.With the implementation of standardized training,there are standards for measuring the clinical ability of graduate students.However,for the cultivation of scientific research ability,the current teaching methods are limited to the theoretical level,and there are few specific practical methods.This article attempted to use the hospital’s actual cases as a guide in standardized training and combine with high-quality continuing education literature to create preclinical medical online and clinical medical offline classrooms called the CBL combined mixed teaching pattern,and discussed the possibility of this concrete and feasible method that cultivates postgraduate clinical and scientific research capabilities.
