疫情常态背景下的临床医学专业中医学教学内容优化探析

Optimization of Teaching Content of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Clinical Medicine Based on COVID 19 Normal Background

中医学是医学文化素质教育的重要内容之一,在当今疫情常态化背景下,对于临床医学专业学生,如何理解中医学与现代医学知识之间的融合和互补,值得中医教学工作者重新思考。作者结合多年中医教学经验及中医药参与疫情诊治现状,从增加中医防疫抗疫知识、强化中医“治未病”思想、导入中医传统文化教学、融入思政教学、增加典型的中医药或中西医结合研究进展、重视中医学导论知识、增加临床见习内容和学时数等方面,对临床医学专业中医学的教学内容优化提出了一些见解,旨在使其教学内容更为合理,以提高临床医学生学习中医的兴趣,更好地掌握中医学的基础知识,了解中医药诊治疾病的特点和优势,结合当今疫情常态化和国家大力发展中医药的举措,更好地培养出适应社会和医学学科发展的医学人才。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is one of the important contents of medical cultural quality education.In the context of the normalization of COVID-19,how to understand the integration and complementarity between TCM and modern medical knowledge is worth rethinking for the teaching staff of TCM.Based on many years of experience in TCM teaching and the current situation of TCM participating in the diagnosis and treatment of the epidemic,the author discussed the following aspects:increasing the knowledge of TCM epidemic prevention and control,strengthening the idea of“preventive treatment of disease”in TCM,introducing traditional Chinese culture teaching,integrating into ideological and political teaching,increasing the research progress of typical TCM or integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,attaching importance to the introduction knowledge of TCM,and increasing the content and number of clinical internship hours.This paper put forward some opinions on the optimization of TCM teaching content for clinical medicine majors,aiming to make the teaching content more reasonable,so as to increase the interest of clinical medical students in learning TCM,better grasp the basic knowledge of TCM,and understand the characteristics and advantages of TCM diagnosis and treatment,to better train medical talents to adapt to the development of society and medical disciplines.
