麻杏苇茎汤治疗小儿肺炎支原体支气管炎湿热证临床观察

Maxing Weijing Decoction in the Treatment of Dampness-heat Syndrome of Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Bronchitis in Children

目的 探讨对小儿肺炎支原体支气管炎湿热证患者采用麻杏苇茎汤治疗的临床效果。方法 选取2018年1月-2020年12月31日收治的40例小儿肺炎支原体支气管炎湿热证患者进行治疗研究,随机分为参照组(采用西药完成疾病治疗)和试验组(采用麻杏苇茎汤完成疾病治疗),各20例。比较2组患者治疗结果。结果 试验组治疗总有效率为85.00%(17/20),高于参照组的45.00%(9/20)(P<0.05);试验组舌红苔黄腻、大便干结或不爽、小便黄赤、食欲、睡眠、鼻塞流涕、咽喉红肿疼痛、发热评分均低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 麻杏苇茎汤治疗小儿肺炎支原体支气管炎湿热证,患者总有效率获得显著提高,证明其可显著增强疗效;舌红苔黄腻、大便干结或不爽、小便黄赤、食欲、睡眠、鼻塞流涕、咽喉红肿疼痛、发热评分获得明显降低,证明其可明显改善患者症状,促进患者总体用药水平、预后水平提升。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Maxing Weijing decoction in the treatment of dampness-heat syndrome of mycoplasma pneumoniae bronchitis in children.Methods Forty children with dampness-heat syndrome of mycoplasma pneumoniae bronchitis from January 1,2018 to December 31,2020 were selected for treatment study.They were randomly divided into control group(treated with western medicine)and experimental group(treated with Maxing Weijing decoction),with 20 cases in each group.The therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of experimental group(85.00%,17/20)was higher than that of control group(45.00%,9/20)(P<0.05).The scores of red and greasy tongue,dry or unpleasant stool,yellowish urine,appetite,sleep,stuffy nose,sore throat,and fever in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of dampness-heat syndrome of mycoplasma pneumoniae bronchitis in children,the total effective rate of the patients was significantly improved,which proved that it could significantly enhance the curative effect.The scores of red tongue and greasy skin,dry or uncomfortable stool,yellow urine,appetite,sleep,nasal congestion and runny nose,sore throat and fever were significantly reduced,which proved that it could significantly improve the symptoms of patients and promote the overall medication level and prognosis level of patients.
