渐进式八段锦联合活血救心丹治疗急性心肌梗死恢复期临床观察

Progressive Baduanjin Combined with Huoxue Jiuxin Mini-pill in the Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction during Convalescence

目的观察渐进式八段锦联合活血救心丹对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者恢复期心功能的影响。方法选取冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病AMI患者80例,随机分为心脏康复组和常规治疗组。给予所有患者常规基础治疗,心脏康复组在AMI发生48 h后、病情稳定后加用烟台市中医医院院内制剂活血救心丹,并引导患者进行渐进式八段锦锻炼。比较2组心功能。结果AMI后30 d,左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室舒张末内径(LVED)组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AMI后90 d,心脏康复组优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。AMI后30 d,心脏康复组氨基末端pro脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)优于常规治疗组(P<0.05);AMI后90 d,2组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。AMI后30 d,2组6 min步行试验(6MWT),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);AMI后90 d,心脏康复组优于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论在常规西药治疗的基础上,渐进式八段锦联合活血救心丹可促进AMI患者恢复期心功能的改善,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of progressive Baduanjin combined with Huoxue Jiuxin mini-pill on cardiac function in convalescent patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Eighty patients with AMI were randomly divided into cardiac rehabilitation group and conventional treatment group.All patients were given routine basic treatment.In the cardiac rehabilitation group,48 h after the occurrence of AMI and after the condition was stable,the patients were given Huoxue Jiuxin mini-pill,which was prepared in Yantai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and guided to carry out progressive Baduanjin exercise.The cardiac function of the two groups was compared.Results There was no significant difference between LVEF and LVED 30 days after AMI(P>0.05).90 days after AMI,there was statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05),and the cardiac rehabilitation group was better than the conventional treatment group.Nt-proBNP was significantly different between the two groups 30 days after AMI(P<0.05),and the cardiac rehabilitation group was better than the conventional treatment group;90 days after AMI,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At 30 days after AMI,there was no significant difference in 6MWT between groups(P>0.05).90 days after AMI,there was statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the cardiac rehabilitation group was better than the conventional treatment group.Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment,progressive Baduanjin combined with Huoxue Jiuxin mini-pill can further improve the cardiac function of patients with acute myocardial infarction during convalescence and improve their quality of life.
