凉血五花汤联合热毒洗剂治疗面部过敏性皮炎临床观察

Liangxue Wuhua Decoction Combined with Redu Lotion in the Treatment of Facial Allergic Dermatitis

目的 观察凉血五花汤联合热毒洗剂治疗面部过敏性皮炎的效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2021年12月北京市丰台区丰台社区卫生服务中心中医门诊就诊的82例面部过敏性皮炎患者作为观察对象,将患者按随机数字表法分成治疗组(41例)和对照组(41例)。对照组采取口服氯雷他定片,外用丁酸氢化可的松软膏治疗;治疗组给予热毒洗剂外洗和内服凉血五花汤治疗。治疗3周后,比较2组患者治疗前后的症状评分、瘙痒视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、皮肤病生活质量指数问卷(DLQI)评分和治疗的总有效率。结果 治疗组症状评分、VAS评分、DLQI评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率85.4%(35/41)明显高于对照组的65.9%(27/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 凉血五花汤联合热毒洗剂治疗面部过敏性皮炎不仅能够改善患者的症状,还能提高患者的生活质量,预后效果良好,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Liangxue Wuhua decoction combined with Redu lotion in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis.Methods A total of 82 patients with facial allergic dermatitis who were treated in Fengtai Community Health Service Center from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected and divided into the control group(44 cases)and the treatment group(44 cases)using an random number table.Patients in the control group were treated with Loratadine tablets and Hydrocortisone butyrate cream,and patients in the treatment group were treated with Liangxue Wuhua decoction combined with Redu lotion.The treatment was continued for 3 weeks.The syndrome scores,visual analogue score(VAS),dermatology life quality index(DLQI)and the total effective rate of treatment in the two groups were observed.Results Symptom scores,VAS scores and DLQI scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.4%(35/41),which was higher than that of the control group(65.9%,27/41),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Liangxue Wuhua decoction combined with Redu lotion in the treatment of facial allergic dermatitis can improve the symptoms of patients and the quality of life of patients.The prognosis is good and worthy of popularization and application.
