棍点理筋正骨手法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎临床观察

Gundian Lijin Zhenggu Manipulation in the Treatment of Lumbar and Dorsal Myofasciitis

目的 探讨棍点理筋正骨手法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎的临床效果。方法 选择2020年6月-2020年12月广东医科大学附属东莞第一医院就诊的腰背肌筋膜炎患者100例,按随机数字表法分为试验组与对照组,每组50例。试验组采用棍点理筋正骨手法治疗,对照组采用推拿手法治疗。每周治疗1次,共治疗3次。每次治疗后进行视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及Oswestry腰痛功能障碍指数(ODI)评分,并对2组患者1个月内的复发率进行比较。结果 第1次治疗后试验组VAS评分(3.79±0.82)分低于对照组的(4.25±0.62)分;第1次及第2次治疗后试验组ODI评分(38.25±10.61)分、(25.59±6.81)分低于对照组的(62.29±16.62)分、(35.56±9.50)分;1月内试验组复发率为10%(5/50),低于对照组的38%(19/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 棍点理筋正骨手法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎效果显著,不仅可以快速缓解症状,恢复正常功能,还可以预防短期内复发。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gundian Lijin Zhenggu manipulation in the treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis in The First Affiliated Hospital of Dongguan,Guangdong Medical University from June to December 2020 were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Gundian Lijin Zhenggu manipulation,and the control group was treated by massage technique.Treatment was performed once a week for a total of 3 times.Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score and Oswestry low back Pain Dysfunction Index(ODI)score were performed after each treatment,and the recurrence rate within 1 month was compared between the two groups.Results After the first treatment,the VAS score of the experimental group(3.79±0.82)was lower than that of the control group(4.25±0.62).After the first and second treatments,the ODI scores of the experimental group(38.25±10.61)and(25.59±6.81)were lower than those of the control group(62.29±16.62)and(35.56±9.50).The recurrence rate of experimental group was 10%(5/50)in 1 month,which was lower than that of control group(38%,19/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Gundian Lijin Zhenggu manipulation in the treatment of lumbar and dorsal myofasciitis is effective,which can not only relieve symptoms quickly,restore normal function,but also prevent short-term recurrence.
