锁定加压钢板手术治疗四肢骨折患者的临床价值分析

Clinical value Analysis of Locking Compression Steel Plate Surgery in Patients with Limb Fracture

目的探析锁定加压钢板手术应用于四肢骨折患者的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月滕州市工人医院就诊的80例四肢骨折患者,随机分为参照组和观察组,每组40例。参照组实施切开复位经钢板固定治疗,观察组给予锁定加压钢板手术治疗。对比两组的临床各项指标、生活质量评分、临床治疗效果及并发症。结果观察组的各项临床指标均优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组的躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。参照组固定物脱落2例,伤口开裂3例,切口感染2例,并发症发生率为17.50%;研究组切口感染1例,并发症发生率为2.50%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=3.472,P=0.062)。结论锁定加压钢板手术可有效缓解患者的疼痛,改善其骨密度和骨代谢,缩短患者的住院天数,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To explore the clinical value of locking compression plate surgery in patients with limb fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with limb fractures from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into a reference group and an observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with incision reduction and fixed by steel plate,and the observation group was treated with locking and pressurized steel plate.The clinical indicators,quality of life scores,clinical treatment effects and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the somatic function,psychological function and social function scores of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).In the control group,there were 2 cases of fixation exfoliation,3 cases of wound dehiscence and 2 cases of incision infection,and the complication rate was 17.50%;in one case of incision infection in the study group,the complication rate was 2.50%,and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2)=3.472,P=0.062).Con⁃clusion Locking compression steel plate surgery can effectively relieve patients'pain,improve their bone density and bone metabolism,shorten the length of hospital stay,and have high safety.
