地诺前列酮栓与米索前列醇用于妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的疗效分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Dinoprostone Suppositories and Misoprostol in Promoting Cervical Maturation and Inducing Labor in Pregnancy

目的对地诺前列酮栓与米索前列醇用于妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的疗效分析。方法选择2022年1—12月期间于徐州市妇幼保健院进行引产的128例产妇作为研究对象,采用随机法分成对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=64),对照组采用米索前列醇治疗,观察组采用地诺前列酮栓治疗。对比两组宫颈Bishop评分、促宫颈成熟有效率、24 h内引产率、引产成功率以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,两组宫颈Bishop评分较治疗前均有提升,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇促宫颈成熟有效率、24 h内引产率和引产成功率分别为96.88%、93.75%、100.00%,高于对照组的84.38%、79.69%、90.63%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.885、5.494、4.372,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的产妇中,使用地诺前列酮栓能有效提升宫颈Bishop评分,提高促宫颈成熟有效率,提升产妇24 h引产率,促进产妇成功引产,且不良反应发生率较低,具有较高的安全性。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of dinoprostone suppositories and misoprostol in promoting cervical maturation and inducing labor in pregnancy.Methods One hundred and twenty-eight women who underwent induction of labor in Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital between January and December 2022 were selected as study subjects,and divided into control group(n=64)and observation group(n=64)by randomization method.The control group was treated with misoprostol and the observation group was treated with dinoprostone suppositories.The cervical Bishop score,efficiency of cervical maturation promotion,induction rate within 24 h,success rate of induction of labor and incidence of adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the cervical Bishop score of both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of cervical ripening,the rate of labor induction within 24 h and the success rate of labor induction in the observation group were 96.88%,93.75%and 100.00%,respectively,higher than that in the control group(84.38%,79.69%and 90.63%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.885,5.494,4.372,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In women with cervical maturation and induction of labor,the use of dinoprostone suppositories can effectively improve the cervical Bishop score,increase the efficiency of cervical maturation,improve the rate of 24-h induction of labor,and promote the successful induction of labor,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,which has a high safety.
