中药在肛瘘术后的应用现状与进展

肛瘘作为肛肠科常见疾病之一,患者以肛围红肿、流脓性分泌物及瘙痒为主要临床症状,肛门触诊可摸到条索状硬结通向肛内。目前手术为其主流治疗措施,治疗效果显著,然而由于手术位置特殊,手术使得局部皮肤组织不再完整,加上创面多为开放性,每日排便及创口引流,导致创面污染,使得愈合时间延长,易出现创面愈合不良的情况,导致患者疼痛加剧,影响其生活质量及满意度。因此,肛瘘术后采取有效的治疗措施促进创面愈合是肛肠科专家需要研究的重要方向,以减轻患者痛苦,提高其生存质量。中医药对肛瘘术后创面的恢复及止痛有着显著优势,本文通过搜索近年来相关文献,总结了中药在肛瘘术后的应用现状与进展,望为临床提供指导。

Anal fistula is one of the common diseases in the anorectal department.The main clinical symptoms of patients are redness and swelling around the anus,purulent secretions and itching.The anus can be palpated with membranes and cord-like induration leading to the anus.At present,surgery is the mainstream treatment method,and the treatment effect is remarkable.However,due to the special operation location,the operation makes the local skin tissue incomplete.In addition,the wound surface is mostly open,and daily defecation and wound drainage are required,which leads to wound pollution,prolongs the healing time,and is prone to poor wound healing,which leads to aggravated pain of patients and affects their quality of life and satisfaction.Therefore,taking effective treatment measures to promote wound healing after anal fistula surgery is an important direction for anorectal specialists to study in order to relieve patients´pain and improve their quality of life.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in wound recovery and pain relief after anal fistula surgery.By searching relevant literature in recent years,this paper summarizes the application status and progress of traditional Chinese medicine in anal fistula surgery,hoping to provide guidance for clinical.
