基于CiteSpace的柴胡疏肝散的可视化分析

CiteSpace-based visual analysis on Chaihu Shugan Powder

目的围绕柴胡疏肝散进行可视化分析,探究2000-2022年关于柴胡疏肝散的研究进程、热点以及研究的发展趋势。方法检索中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库中2000年1月至2022年11月与柴胡疏肝散相关的文献。对纳入有效文献的机构、作者以及关键词用CiteSpace 5.8.R3绘制相关图谱。结果共纳入有效文献2331篇,机构共现图谱得到626个发文机构,发文量最多的机构为湖南中医药大学(14篇);作者共现图谱得到821个发文作者,发文量最多的作者是吴正治(10篇);关键词共现图谱有471个关键词,出现频次最高的关键词为“抑郁症”(120次)。结论该领域的关注度高,发文机构与作者的跨地域合作需加强。研究内容主要涉及应用研究与作用于各疾病具体机制探究,治疗抑郁症的各方面研究相对同步,其他疾病存在脱节现象,有待进一步加强。

Objective To conduct a visual analysis on Chaihu Shugan Powder(powder of bupleurum for dispersing the depressed liver-energy),so as to explore the research process,hotspots and the development trend of study on Chaihu Shugan Powder from 2000 to 2022.Methods The literature related to Chaihu Shugan Powder included in China National Knowledge Internet,VIP database and Wanfang database from January 2000 to November 2022 were retrieved.The institutions,authors and keywords of the included valid literature were each plotted using CiteSpace 5.8.R3.Results A total of 2331 valid publications were included in this study;the institutional co-occurrence mapping revealed 626 institutions with published publications,of which the Hunan University of Chinese Medicine published the most(14 articles).The author co-occurrence mapping revealed 821 authors with published publications,in which WU Zhengzhi published the most(10 articles).The keyword co-occurrence mapping revealed 471 keywords,of which"depression"was the most frequent keyword(120 times).Conclusion The field is of high interest,and the cross-regional cooperation between publishing institutions and authors needs to be strengthened.The content of studies is mainly application studies and the investigation of specific mechanisms in various diseases,and the studies on the treatment of depression are relatively synchronized,while there is a divergence in the studies on other diseases,which needs to be further strengthened.
