摘要
目的观察认知行为联合药物及脑电生物反馈对抽动障碍患儿问题行为与抽动严重程度影响研究。方法选择2021年7月至2022年9月在阳春市妇幼保健院收治的抽动障碍患儿100例。采用随机数表法分两组,对照组患儿采用常规药物治疗和健康教育,即口服氟哌啶醇,同时针对症状严重程度予药物治疗。在常规治疗基础上,给予观察组认知行为联合药物及脑电生物反馈治疗。比较治疗前、治疗后1、3、6个月耶鲁抽动严重程度总体量表(YGTSS)评分、问题行为评分,治疗前、后的生活质量评分,并判断临床疗效。结果治疗后1、3、6个月较治疗前YGTSS评分、问题行为评分均显著下降,观察组YGTSS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组生活质量评分较治疗前有所提高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在抽动障碍患儿的治疗中,以认知行为联合药物及脑电生物反馈治疗,可显著的改善患儿问题行为与抽动严重程度,提升治疗效果理想。
Objective To investigate the effects of cognitive-behavioral therapy(CBT)combined with medication and electroencephalogram(EEG)biofeedback on problem behaviors and severity of tics in children with tic disorders.Methods A total of 100 children diagnosed with tic disorders who were admitted to Yangchun Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2021 to September 2022 were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method.The control group received health education and conventional oral haloperidol,while medication was given according to the severity of symptoms.The observation group was given a combination of CBT with medication and EEG biofeedback treatment in addition to the conventional treatment.The Yale global tic severity scale(YGTSS)scores and problem behavior scores were measured before treatment and at 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the pre-treatment and post-treatment quality of life scores were measured,and the clinical efficacy was determined.Results At 1 month,3 months and 6 months after treatment,the YGTSS scores and problem behavior scores decreased significantly in both groups,and the YGTSS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups’quality of life scores improved,and scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of children with tic disorders,the combination of CBT with medication and EEG biofeedback can significantly improve the problem behaviors and severity of tics of children,and enhance the efficacy.
