基于政策梳理的古代经典名方中药复方制剂转化探讨

Discussion on the transformation of compound preparations of traditional Chinese medicine in ancient classic prescriptions based on policy combing

古代经典名方是中医药宝库中的精华,它们沿用至今,临床价值受到历代中医学者的广泛尊崇和肯定。将古代经典名方转化为中药复方制剂不仅能造福广大人民群众,且也有利于传统中医药的传承和发展。为此,国家发布了一系列政策文件,对来源于古代经典名方的中药复方制剂实行简化审批程序。不过,至今此类制剂的成功申报数量仍不理想。本文对相关政策文件进行梳理,结合产业发展现状提出建议,以促进古代经典名方向中药复方制剂的转化进程。

Ancient classic prescriptions,as the essence of the treasure house of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),their clinical value has been widely respected and affirmed by scholars of TCM.Transformation of these prescriptions into the compound preparations of TCM can only benefit the general public,but also conducive to the inheritance and development of TCM.Thus,the state has issued a series of policy documents to implement a simplified registration for TCM preparations derived from ancient classics prescriptions.However,the number of successful submissions for such preparations to date remains unsatisfactory.So,This article sorts out the relevant policy documents and makes suggestions based on the current situation of industrial development so as to promote the transformation of compound preparations of TCM in ancient classic prescriptions.
