摘要
肉毒毒素(botulinum toxin)是肉毒梭菌产生的细菌外毒素,由于其较强的神经阻滞等作用,已被广泛用于多学科、多种疾病的临床治疗中。在皮肤美容领域,肉毒毒素注射治疗是近年来最受欢迎的微创治疗手段。该文主要综述肉毒毒素在皮肤病治疗及美容中的作用机制及应用进展,为肉毒毒素的进一步研究及应用提供参考。
Botulinum toxin is a bacterial exotoxin produced by Clostridium botulinum.Due to its strong nerve block and other effects,botulinum toxin has been widely used in the treatment of various diseases and disciplines.Injection of botulinum toxin has become the most popular minimally invasive treatment in recent years in the field of cosmetic dermatology.This article reviewed the mechanism and application progress of botulinum toxin in the treatment and cosmetology of skin diseases,which provided references for further research and clinical application of botulinum toxin.
