综合护理干预在小儿高热惊厥护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Children with Fever and Convulsion

目的探究在小儿高热惊厥护理中综合护理干预的应用效果。方法参与本次研究的对象是78例出现高热惊厥的患儿,入院时间为2021年2月至2022年2月,以奇偶数列法为依据进行分组护理,其中实施常规化护理措施的39例患儿为常规组,实施综合护理干预的39例患儿为试验组,比较两组临床护理效果。结果试验组患儿惊厥消失时间、退热时间以及住院时间均显著短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿血糖低于常规组,血钠、血钾、血钙高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿有5.13%的并发症发生率,与常规组的20.51%比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组97.44%的患儿家长对本次护理满意,常规组仅有84.62%的满意率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预的应用能够有效提升小儿高热惊厥护理质量,缩短患儿康复时间,促进生化指标恢复,减少并发症。

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the care of children with fever and convulsion.Methods The subjects involved in this study were 78 children with fever and convulsion.The admission time was from February 2021 to February 2022.Group nursing was conducted based on the odd-even number method.Among them,39 children with routine nursing measures were in the routine group and 39 children with comprehensive nursing intervention were in the experimental group.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of convulsion disappearance,fever abatement and hospitalization in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The blood sugar of children in the test group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the blood sodium,potassium and calcium were higher than those in the routine group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of children in the test group was 5.13%,which was significantly different from 20.51%in the conventional group(P<0.05).97.44%of the parents of the children in the test group were satisfied with the nursing care,while 84.62%of the parents in the routine group were satisfied with the nursing care,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing quality of children with fever and convulsion,shorten the recovery time of children,promote the recovery of biochemical indicators,and reduce complications.
