Application Effect of Video Surveillance System in Nursing Quality Management in Wards

目的 探讨视频监控系统在病区护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法 研究选择2022年1月至2022年10月山东省公共卫生临床中心门急诊收治的120例患者为研究对象,其中2022年1~5月实施传统护理管理模式,命名为对照组(60例),2022年6~10月实施视频监控管理模式,命名为研究组(60例)。对比实施视频监控管理前后护理质量缺陷次数情况、护理质量评分以及患者满意度情况。结果 对照组出现护理质量缺陷次数125次,研究组出现护理质量缺陷次数8次,研究组明显低于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组分级护理、晨晚间护理、安全防护措施、无菌操作、手卫生、仪容仪表、护理规范性维度评分高于对照组(t=38.064、42.783、21.507、17.960、38.436、30.602、32.187,均P <0.05)。研究组病区护理质量管理满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(83.33%)(χ^(2)=5.926,P <0.05)。结论 视频监控系统是信息技术与医疗卫生服务管理高效结合的重要体现,将其应用于病区护理质量管理中,对于降低病区护理质量管理缺陷有显著价值,同时还能够从整体上提升护理质量管理水平,使患者在疾病治疗中更加安全,减少不良情况出现,让患者更加满意病区护理管理内容。

Objective To explore the application effect of video surveillance system in nursing quality management in wards.Methods The study selected 120 patients admitted to the outpatient and Departments of Emergency Shandong Public Health Clinical Center from January 2022 to October 2022 as the study subjects,from January 2022 to May 2022,the traditional nursing management mode was implemented,named as the control group(60 cases),and from June 2022 to October 2022,the video surveillance management mode was implemented,named as the research group(60 cases).Compare the number of nursing quality defects,nursing quality scores,and patient satisfaction before and after the implementation of video monitoring management.Results The number of nursing quality defects in the control group was 125 times,while the number of nursing quality defects in the study group was 8 times.The number of nursing quality defects in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The study group scored higher than the control group in terms of grading nursing,morning and evening nursing,safety precautions,aseptic procedures,hand hygiene,appearance,and nursing standardization(t=38.064,42.783,21.507,17.960,38.436,30.602,32.187,all P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of nursing quality management in the study group was 96.67%higher than 83.33%in the control group(χ^(2)=5.926,P<0.05).Conclusion Video surveillance system is an important embodiment of the efficient combination of information technology and medical and health service management.Its use in ward nursing quality management has significant value in reducing the defects in ward nursing quality management,and can also improve the level of nursing quality management as a whole,making patients safer in disease treatment,reducing the occurrence of adverse conditions,and making patients more satisfied with the contents of ward nursing management.
