奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林治疗胃炎合并胃溃疡的价值

Value of Omeprazole Combined with Amoxicillin for Gastritis and Gastric Ulcer

目的 分析胃炎合并胃溃疡患者采取奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林方案联合治疗的效果。方法 以随机方式,对本院胃炎合并胃溃疡100例患者分组:50例对照组、50例研究组,对照组采用阿莫西林疗法,研究组采取奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林方案,对比组间的治疗效果,探讨分析炎性因子改善状况。结果 临床治疗结束后,针对治疗效果对比,研究组治愈率比对照组更高(P <0.05);针对炎性因子改善状况,研究组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于治疗前及治疗后对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);针对不良反应发生情况,研究组不良反应发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的16.00%(P <0.05)。结论 对于胃炎合并胃溃疡患者,在临床上采取奥美拉唑联合阿莫西林方案可有效控制患者炎症水平,降低不良反应发生率,促进病情康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of omeprazole and amoxicillin in the treatment of gastritis with gastric ulcer.Methods The 100 patients wiht gastritis and gastric ulcer in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in control group,50 cases in study group,the control group using amoxicillin therapy,study group take omeprazole and amoxicillin regimen combined treatment,contrast treatment effect between groups,discusses the analysis of inflammatory factors improvement.Results After the end of clinical treatment,the cure rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).For the improvement of inflammatory factors,the levels of TNF-αand IL-6 in the study group were lower than those in the control group before and after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In view of the occurrence of adverse reactions,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 16.00%,which was lower than 2.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For the treatment of gastritis with gastric ulcer patients,omeprazole combined with amoxicillin can effectively control the level of inflammation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and promote the effective rehabilitation of the disease.
