家庭关怀度对结直肠癌化疗患者决策冲突的影响

Influence of Family Care on Decision-making Conflict of Patients with Colorectal Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的 探究家庭关怀度对结直肠癌化疗患者决策冲突的影响。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年3月于临沂市肿瘤医院治疗的结直肠癌化疗患者126例作为研究对象,所有结直肠癌化疗患者均填写家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)、决策冲突量表(DCS)。结果 结直肠癌化疗患者的家庭关怀度总分为(5.76±2.01)分,决策冲突总分为(22.82±7.31)分。不同年龄、文化水平、婚姻状况、医保类型的结直肠癌化疗患者决策冲突评分差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,结直肠癌化疗患者家庭关怀度与决策冲突呈负相关(P <0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、婚姻状况、APGAR评分是结直肠癌化疗患者决策冲突的影响因素(P <0.05)。结论 结直肠癌化疗患者的家庭关怀度和决策冲突水平有待提高,临床应通过相应措施,减少决策冲突的发生。

Objective To explore the impact of family care on decision-making conflict of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods One hundred and twenty-six patients with colorectal cancer treated in Linyi Cancer Hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the study subjects.All patients with colorectal cancer treated with chemotherapy filled in the family adaptation,partnership,growth,affection,resolution index,APGAR,and decision conflict scale(DCS).Results The total score of family care of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy was(5.76±2.01),and the total score of decision-making conflict was(22.82±7.31).There were statistically significant differences in decision-making conflict scores among patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy with different age,education level,marital status and medical insurance type(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between family care and decision-making conflict in patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,marital status and APGAR score were the influencing factors of decision-making conflict in patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of family care and decision-making conflict of patients with colorectal cancer undergoing chemotherapy needs to be improved,and corresponding measures should be taken to reduce the occurrence of decision-making conflict.
